Ryan & Jenny Penley +4 kids have been on staff for 21 years. They spent two years pioneering a new ministry in Melbourne, Australia before re-launching Cru at the University of Maryland, College Park, where they have given leadership for the past eighteen years. MarylandCru.com  Before joining staff, Ryan worked in sales and Jenny was a math teacher.  

Andrew & Karlayne Powars + 4 kids have been on staff for over 17 years and currently give leadership to the Washington, D.C. metro team. DCCru.com  Before that, they served at Radford University, University of Maryland, College Park, and led a team in Maracaibo, Venezuela. They also spent time in the workforce before joining staff with Cru.
